Attached is a copy of Executive Order No. 1007, which authorizes California State University, Chico to establish fees for the above listed courses.

In accordance with policy of the California State University, the campus president has responsibility for implementing executive orders where applicable and for maintaining the campus repository and index for all executive orders.

Title:

This executive order is issued under the authority granted by Education Code Sections 89035, 89700, 89703, 90002, and 90012 and Standing Orders of the Board of Trustees, Section II (i), and Board of Trustees’ Resolution RFIN 03-04-00, and consistent with Executive Order Number 740.

Effective June 5, 2007, California State University, Chico is authorized to establish the following Category III course fees at the specified fee rates:

In accordance with Section 89724(l), revenue collected all higher education fees should be deposited in a local trust account unless otherwise specified.
