Category III Miscellaneous Course Fees, PE 118, Bowling Facility Fee and an International Study Abroad Fee Range— Executive Order Number 1001

Attached is a copy of Executive Order No. 1001, which authorizes Humboldt State University to establish a Category III Miscellaneous Course Fees for PE 118, Bowling Facility Fee, and an International Study Abroad Fee Range.

In accordance with policy of the California State University, the campus president has responsibility for implementing executive orders where applicable and for maintaining the campus repository and index for all executive orders.

Title:

Category III Miscellaneous Course Fees, PE 118, Bowling Facility Fee and an International Study Abroad Fee Range; Humboldt State University
 

This executive order is issued under the authority granted by Education Code Sections 89035 and 89700, Standing Orders of the Board of Trustees, Chapter II, i, and Board of Trustees’ Resolution RFIN 03-04-00, and consonant with Executive Order Number 740. Effective February 21, 2007, Humboldt State University is authorized to establish a Category III Miscellaneous Course Fee for PE 118, Bowling Facility Fee, at a rate of $40 per semester to cover the cost of the lanes and shoes for the semester; and a Category III Miscellaneous Course Fee Range for International Study Abroad Programs, at a fee range of $0-$4000 depending on the location of the program. The Study Abroad Fee for each department and/or location will be presented to the Student Fee Advisory Committee and then approved by the President. In accordance with Section 89721(l) of the Education Code, revenue collected from Category III fees shall be deposited in a local trust account.
