How to be a CSU Recycled Content Products Vendor

To be included on the CSU Recycled Content Products Vendor list, a firm must:

· Sell products, required by the CSU, that qualify as Recycle Content Products.

· Agree to provide Recycled Content Certifications for every product offer and/or sold to the CSU.

· Agree to submit Buy Recycled Content data in a timely manner and in the detail required.

· Agree to accept CSU general provisions.

The CSU Recycled Content Products Vendor list does not constitute an order for goods or services nor does it obligate the CSU to issue orders for goods or services, in the future.

To remain on the list, firms must maintain a satisfactory performance record with the CSU. Satisfactory performance shall include but not limited to on time delivery of good or services, satisfactory customer service, timely submittal of Recycled Content Certifications, submittal of annual Buy Recycled Content data by no later than August 1st, and submittal of Buy Recycled Content data in the detail required.
