SUBJECT: Procurement Training Development Library (PTDL) Pilot
CS&P is pleased to announce the availability of procurement professional development training materials. These materials, available for ordering via the following URL, have been purchased by the Procurement and Support Services Officers to further the goals and objectives established as a result of the Procurement Reform Initiative.
 
The intent of the PTDL is to provide a systemwide access to cost effective training resources.
 
Campus contracts and procurement personnel will have access to text and video materials for reference and professional development.
 
The initial success of this pilot project will greatly depend on the full cooperation of all of the campuses.
 
Requests for future purchases by the Chancellor's Office Training Coordinator (Loren House) of specified text and video materials will be solicited from the campuses.
 
The PTDL will reside on the CSU web site http://www.calstate.edu/csp/ptdl.shtml
