SUBJECT: Policy Manual for Contracting and
Procurement -- Release 1.3

The subject document has been revised as summarized
herein and can be found in the Contract Resource
Library.

- Each change of the Policy
Manual will incrementally increase the release number
applicable to the whole manual. In addition, each
revised and newly added policy clause will include its
own revision date. This is done to maintain
traceability of requirements.

document only.
