- The following clauses have been
revised:

Governing Law - This
clause was revised to provide for
international procurements. The added
language precludes the court from using the
UN Convention instead of the UCC.

Discounts, Invoices,
and Payments - Revised in accordance with the
California Prompt Payment Act, Government
Code 927 et seq.

Violation of Air or
Water Pollution Laws - Change $5,000 to
$10,000. This change is in response to a
change in the law.

Patent, Copyright, and
Trade Secret Indemnity - Replace the word
"neither" with "none." This change was made
because there are more than two options
stated to choose from.
