DVBE Documentation
Submittals
The latest version of the DVBE
Participation Requirements(CRL016),
available in the on-line Contract Resources Library (CRL) at
http://www.calstate.edu/csp/crl/crl.shtml#forms, has revised language for DVBE Documentation
submittals.
Specifically, the timeframe for DVBE
documentation submittals by bidders, following a bid deadline, shall
be established by a campus in the bid solicitation. The DVBE
Transmittal Form must be completed as a cover sheet to these
documents.
It is important that potential bidders be
advised in the bid solicitation document that all good
faith/participation requirements be met prior to the bid deadline
even though the specified deadline for the documentation may be a
later date.
