Capital Training Program 2007

Project Scheduling - Suretrak

This session is intended for campus planning and project management staff. There is limited space so campuses should send only those who need hands-on training.

The program is a full-day session oriented towards those who are directly involved with the administration of construction projects. The purpose of the training is two-fold:

  • Provide a “SureTrak 101” training module that includes a basic overview of the CPM scheduling process, the Primavera SureTrak software, and a hands-on training exercise, with comprehensive handouts, samples and a CD for each participant.

  • Enhance awareness of the CSU scheduling requirements, and provide insight into the manipulation techniques often used in schedule submittals and updates.

$200.00
A fee of $20 will be assessed for cancellations for any reason. For those attending the training at CSU East Bay, there will be no refunds after July 27. For those attending the CSU Los Angeles training, there will be no refunds after August 3. Payment must be made prior to the event; no payment will be taken the day of training.

Parking:

 

CSUEB/Concord-August 1st: Parking will be available at the staff/faculty parking lot. Permit will not be required. Download Concord Campus Map

CSULA-August 8th: Parking will be available at Parking Structure C (permits can be purchased at the top level) and Lot 5. Daily permits are $6.00.
