This training program is designed for campus planners, finance officers, procurement officers, general counsel, executive deans, project managers, plant directors and energy coordinators.

This is a two-part program with the morning session designed as a general overview of the process for using the Energy Services Agreement along with specific information of review and approval steps for campus finance, general counsel, and procurement staff. The afternoon session will cover more specific steps for campuses to engage the services of the energy service firms, covering the Preliminary Assessment (PA) scope, the Investment Grade Assessment (IGA) scope, financing, and CSU Design Build Agreements.
