Capital Training Program 2007
Change Orders: CSU Contract General Conditions/Cost Estimating and Negotiating

This training program is designed for campus senior inspectors, project managers,
construction managers, directors of facilities management, and executive deans who are
responsible for managing CSU construction contracts.
The morning session will address claims-related Articles 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 in the
CSU's Contract General Conditions. The afternoon session will address cost estimating
and negotiating change orders. |
