A one-day course designed to provide planners, project managers,
plant managers and other responsible campus parties with an overview
of the CSU Commissioning guidelines. Topics include:
- Overall description of the commissioning process
- Roles and responsibilities for commissioning agents and university personnel
- Sample Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to hire a commissioning agent
- The CSU Master Enabling Agreement (MEA) for commissioning, scope of services
- Preselected firms to provide commissioning
- Funding for commissioning
- How to issue commissioning work on a project
- Managing the commissioning process
