This session is designed for Campus Procurement Officers, Executive Deans,
Plant Directors, Energy Coordinators, and Project Managers.
This one-day course will provide participants with step-by-step procedures for using
the CESMEA to develop, design, and build energy retrofit and utility infrastructure
projects on your campus. The course will provide guidance for developing scope and
issuing Professional Service Agreements (PSAs), creating your campus team of
‘keystakeholders,’ selecting the right firm for your campus, financing, and
building your project. The course will review actual case studies and discuss best
methods for implementing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). |
