This program is designed for facilities design and construction
staff, specifically the design project managers
and the construction managers.
This training program will provide a brief overview of all
the construction delivery methods available to the CSU:
- CM at Risk
- Design-Bid-Build
- Design-Build
- Job Order Contract (JOC)
- Minors
- Energy and Utility Infrastructure Projects
The primary purpose of this training is to help campuses
recognize when to use each type of construction
procurement and understand the benefits and drawbacks.
In-depth “how to” training will not be included.
