This session will address first class project management, project delivery, and hot topics in construction management. It will also review revisions to construction management at risk (CMAR) documents, and to the architect/engineering agreement.
The first class project management segment will explore: How to deliver the best possible outcome for your project—manage projects to best expectations: beat the schedule; lower cost; improve quality and scope; and have a good time doing it.
Interactive case studies will have attendee teams consider the pros and cons of different delivery methods based on actual projects and then share their outcomes with the whole group. Time is scheduled for to be determined hot topics, lessons learned, and the inevitable Q&A.
This program is designed for campus planning, project management, plant operations, and procurement staff.
