Mastering the Space and Facilities Database (SFDB)

This webcast session will provide an overview of the basic concepts of the Space and Facilities Database (SFDB) and the SFDB update process. The session will also cover the following topics:

• Explanation of SFDB and update process
• How Academic Planning Database relates to SFDB and campus capital planning entitlements
• How campus can analyze space updates with capital planning tools
• Brief review of Private Use reporting
• How to use the SFDB resource

This training program is designed for campus space coordinators and staff who have been, or will be, directly or indirectly involved in making space and facilities updates.

Audio

We have a new webcast audio system and are able to cut costs by providing streaming audio, without a phone conference line.

Simply login and stream the audio via your computer speakers. Participants are able to communicate with the host & presenters by typing into the on-screen Chat Pods.
