Are you ready? A new building code takes effect January 1, 2014. Access compliance has been completely rewritten and the energy codes are far more demanding. You cannot manage what you do not know. Get ready!

The session will address four subject areas:

Part 1: The basic required reviews and new stuff (e.g., storm water pollution prevention plans and storm water retention).
Part 2: How to be prepared for State Fire Marshal inspections and Department of State Architect plan reviews.
Part 3: The code and its component parts. Just what is in the fire code anyway?
Part 4: Access compliance, CASp, and deciphering the new code format.

This training is essential for campus deputy building officials and recommended for executive facilities officers, project managers, planners, directors of facilities operations, energy managers, and senior trade supervisors.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or alternatively, Cash Posting Order. All payments must be received no later than Monday, April 29, 2013. No payment will be accepted the day of training.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after Friday, September 20. Substitutions can occur at any time.
