CAPP Advisory Committee & Staff
Pursuant to statute, the Chancellor of the California State University has established an advisory committee to assist in selecting proposals to be funded and developing criteria for project evaluation. Appointments to the Advisory Committee are made by the following:

- Student Aid Commission. 1 Appointment
- Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges. 2 Appointments
- Chancellor of the California State University. 2 Appointments
- President of the University of California. 2 Appointments.
- Director of the California Postsecondary Education Commission. 1 Appointment.
