Summer Term 2010 State University Fee Schedules

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.

The Chancellor approved the following fee schedules for the Summer Term 2010. Note that a fifth schedule is available to campuses offering self-supported summer instruction. Campuses may implement the applicable summer term fee schedule of their choice.

State Supported Summer Term 2010 Fee Schedule
Options #1 Through 5

Summer term fees are based on the preceding fall term fee rates. (i.e. Summer 2010 rates are based the 2009/10 academic year rates.) Fee rate increases (if applicable) go into effect beginning with the fall term. (Campuses are reminded that summer term fee revenues will continue to be calculated based on the standard State University Fee schedule regardless of the summer term fee schedule adopted by the campus.) Students are advised to consult Campus Summer Term Course Catalogs to determine the fee schedule in use on their campus.

Summer Term 2010 Student University Fee Schedules are authorized in accordance with the Board of Trustees Resolutions, per the following website. (page 7)

Option #1 - Summer Term 2010 - Standard State University Fee Schedule

Option #1 is the standard SUF schedule and is the same as the fee schedule that applies during the academic year on a per term basis. The standard SUF also establishes the maximum fee that cannot be exceeded if a campus utilizes Option #2, #3, or #4.
