Please follow these instructions to test your system.

Approximately 24 HOURS PRIOR to your first session go to Elluminate Support and follow the instructions in the First Time Users section. This will verify you have Java Web Start installed. If not, please follow the online instructions.

The installation of Java Web Start is a one-time process that you will not need to repeat. The download can take some time to process (in the case of slower speed internet connections it can be around 40 minutes).

Next, click on join the Configuration Room to test your connection and configure your audio.

If you encounter any problems along the way, please visit the Elluminate Live Technical Support Portal where you can search our knowledge base for a solution, or contact our help desk by phone or by submitting a ticket online.

Go to Elluminate Support and the First Time Users section to find more information about Elluminate, including a recorded introduction, an online, and a quick reference guide. These resources ensure that you are able to interact using the basic features in your first session.
