For eligible full and part time employees, sick leave credit is accrued on the first
day of the monthly pay period following completion of each qualifying pay period or
academic pay period.
For intermittent employees, sick leave credit is accrued on the first day of the monthly
pay period following the completion of each period of 160 hours or 20 days of paid
employment.
