Effective Date of Coverage —
CSU Family Medical Leave (FML)

The effective date of CSU FML is on the first day that leave is designated as such, providing that the employee has met the length of employment requirements, and submits medical certification and/or appropriate documentation (as it pertains to FMLA Military Leave entitlements) to the appropriate administrator.
