Nicole Anderson is an undergraduate student in the Honors Program at Sacramento State. She will be graduating with her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Sacramento State in the spring of 2011. In the fall of 2009, Ms. Anderson studied abroad at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Anderson served on the Associated Students, Inc. at Sacramento State as Secretary of State Affairs during 2008-2009. She was also a Board Member for the California State Student Association in 2008-2009, serving in the special officer position of Alumni Liaison and the role of Chair for the 14th Annual California Higher Education Student Summit. In the spring of 2009, Ms. Anderson was named the California State Student Association’s CSU Student Advocate of the Year.

Ms. Anderson is a part of the Platoon Leaders Course with the United States Marine Corps. She plans to graduate from Sacramento State and then pursue a law degree, followed by going active duty into the Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate.
