Balanced Scorecard

Initiatives

As part of the Balanced Scorecard process, the Implementation Team and various Departments in the Business and Finance Division will develop initiatives that will assist us in achieving our targets, and therefore our overall strategies. These initiatives might include surveys, activities designed to achieve cost-savings or greater customer satisfaction, or employee development programs.

As these initiatives are implemented, this page will serve as the main mechanism for communicating the intent of the initiatives and provide updates on their progress.
