Customer Satisfaction Surveys
The Business and Finance Division will conduct Customer Satisfaction
Surveys annually for internal customers. Currently, the functions
included are CO Accounting, Chancellor's Office Information
Technology Services (CITS), Operations, Mail Services, and Contracts
and Procurement Services.
Finance and Treasury, Quality Improvement, Systemwide Financial
Operations, Contracts & Procurement Services, and the Budget
Office conduct surveys for external customers (campuses).
