Commendation for Ann Morgan

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan, Statewide Academic Senator, has been an exemplar of dedication and service; and

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan has been described by her colleagues as supportive, a great colleague, honest and a can-do person; and

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan through her commitment to quality service to students epitomizes the student-centered philosophy; and

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan has served dutifully on the CSU Fiscal and Governmental Affairs Committee; and

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan has continued to serve the Academic Senate of the California State University (CSU), her constituents and the students tirelessly, faithfully and dutifully; and

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan has contributed to the Academic Senate CSU far beyond her three-year tenure of service; and

WHEREAS, Ann Morgan doesn't like the limelight, and most assuredly is hoping to God she won't be receiving one of "those whereas things"; therefore, be it

RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of the California State University salute, thank and applaud Ann Morgan for her contributions to the work of the Academic Senate CSU; therefore, be it further

RESOLVED: That Ann Morgan take this "whereas thing" with her as she continues her good work in the library and community knowing that we will miss her camaraderie here.
