Commendation of Sherm Sowby

WHEREAS, Sherm Sowby has faithfully, dutifully and with good cheer served in the Academic Senate of the California State University (CSU); and

WHEREAS, Sherm Sowby has dutifully served on the Academic Affairs Committee; and

WHEREAS, Sherm Sowby has dutifully forwarded Academic Senate CSU minutes, notices and summaries to all campus constituencies; and

WHEREAS, Sherm Sowby has dutifully motored hither and yon to serve on the Academic Senate CSU; and

WHEREAS, Sherm Sowby has dutifully provided thoughtfully reasoned comments during Academic Affair Committee meetings; and

WHEREAS, Sherm Sowby has dutifully represented the Fresno campus; therefore be it

RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate CSU thank Sherm Sowby for his work in the Senate and on behalf the faculty and students of the CSU.
