Commendation for Jeanne King

WHEREAS, Jeanne King has thoughtfully and imaginatively served the Academic Senate of the California State University (ASCSU); and

WHEREAS, Senator King has represented her campus, San Bernardino, with notable insight and dedication; and

WHEREAS, Senator King has served for one arduous part of her tenure as both statewide senator and campus chair; and

WHEREAS, Senator King has conscientiously communicated her views with wonderfully disconcerting frankness and a ready wit often aimed at herself and while often out of order; and

WHEREAS, Senator King has dutifully tried to attend each plenary with a new hair color; therefore be it

RESOLVED: That the ASCSU extends its thanks to Jeanne King and its best wishes for her continued success back at the San Bernardino campus.
