RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of the California State University endorse the request of the Faculty Council of California State University, Channel Islands (CSUCI) proposal to create a systemwide repository at John Spoor Broome Library at CSUCI for the purpose of collecting and memorializing the scholarly and creative work of CSU faculty and staff.

RATIONALE: No CSU campus currently has a comprehensive collection of faculty and staff scholarly and creative work. The planning president and the CSUCI Faculty Council would very much like to honor the work of the CSU faculty by having the official repository assigned to CSUCI's John Spoor Broome Library as a continuing testimonial to the whole system.
