RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of the California State University support SB 96, the School Facilities Bond Act of 1996, as introduced.
RATIONALE: The precollegiate academic preparation of students is vital to the educational mission of the CSU. Facilities for such precollegiate preparation are vital for its success.
