Support for Full Funding of the National Endowment for the Arts

RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of the California State University, in recognition of the central role played in any society by the Arts, endorse full funding of the National Endowment for the Arts; and be it further

RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate CSU request the Chair, Academic Senate CSU, to write the members of the California delegation to the U. S. Congress urging support for the National Endowment for the Arts; and be it further

RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate CSU request the Chancellor, Trustees, and local campus senates to join the Academic Senate CSU in expressing support for the full funding of the National Endowment for the Arts and that such support be communicated to the appropriate members of the United States Congress, the N.E.A., and the President.
