RESOLVED: That the Academic Senate of the California State University adopt the following schedule for the 1995-96 academic year:

September 6-8 Committees/Plenary Headquarters

October 13 Interim Headquarters

November 1-3 Committees/Plenary Headquarters

December 1 Interim Headquarters

1996

January 17-19 Committees/Plenary Headquarters

February 16 Interim Headquarters

March 6-8 Committees/Plenary Headquarters

March 29 Interim Headquarters

May 8-10 Committees/Plenary Headquarters

; and be it further

RESOLVED: That the Executive Committee of the Academic Senate of the California State university be authorized to change the schedule of meetings approved, with adequate notice to the Academic Senate CSU, if the Trustees alter their schedule, or if budgetary constraints require a change.

RATIONALE: The California State University Board of Trustees is considering the adoption in May 1995 of the following schedule for Trustee meetings in 1995-96:
