Marv Lindsey

Mr. Lindsey has been employed in computing in higher education for 29 years, serving at colleges and universities in Iowa, Virginia, Tennessee, and California. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa and has done graduate work at the University of Iowa's Computer Science and Instructional Design program and in the Department of Education at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Before coming to the Chancellor's Office, Marv Lindsey served as Computer Center Director at Marycrest College and Simpson College in Iowa, as Assistant Computer Center Director at Southern College in Tennessee, and as Director of Academic Computing at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. His teaching experience includes junior high mathematics, high school mathematics and computer science, and college level computer science. His current duties include responsibility for the Academic Research department website, implementation of new information technology, and conducting institutional research activities. Mr. Lindsey also serves as the President of the Southern California SAS User's Group.
